Convenient Location and Good Amenities. The hotel's location was great, as it is situated in the heart of the city, which made it easy to access the nearby attractions. The hotel also provided good amenities, including free WiFi, which was fast and reliable. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and fresh.
Reservation Hassles and Overpriced. The staff seemed confused and not very helpful.

The location was really convenient for exploring the city and finding some nice restaurants and shops. Plus, the room had a nice view of the city skyline, which was a great bonus. I also appreciated the quick check-in process with friendly staff.
My experience at this hotel was not great. My reservation was not found in their system, which caused a lot of stress and added expenses.
